About NR Global Exports

NR Global Exports is a trusted agro-export and food-processing company committed to delivering the pure freshness and authentic taste of Indian farms to customers worldwide. What started as a small cultivation effort on just half an acre—rooted in strong agricultural values and dedication to quality—has grown into a large and expanding farming network now covering nearly 100 acres under our direct management.

In addition, we work closely with a dependable group of experienced farmers who cultivate another 150–200 acres each year. This strong network ensures a steady flow of high-quality raw materials and supports our commitment to consistent supply. Because we source directly from farmers, our process stays transparent and fully controlled from the very beginning.

At NR Global Exports, quality is our top priority. We choose only fresh, export-grade fruits and strictly avoid any damaged or substandard produce. After harvesting, all fruits are collected with care and sent to approved processing facilities, where they are converted into aseptic pulps, fruit purees, tomato paste, mango pulp, guava pulp, and other processed products under hygienic and closely monitored conditions. We oversee every step of production and follow per-kilogram processing practices to ensure accountability and dependable results.

Natural Ripening & Enzyme Activity

Tomatoes have natural substances called pectins that keep them firm. When the tomato is green, these pectins are at their strongest. As the tomato ripens, it becomes softer and more flexible. This happens because of two natural enzymes in the tomato — pectinesterase and polygalacturonase — which break down the pectins. These enzymes keep working even after the tomato is picked and continue during the first steps of processing.

Harvesting & Rapid Transportation

When the tomatoes reach their ideal stage of ripeness, they are carefully gathered from the fields using modern harvesting machines fitted with optical sorters that ensure only high-quality fruits are selected. Soon after collection, the freshly picked tomatoes are quickly loaded onto trucks and transported to the processing facility. This rapid transfer allows the tomatoes to be processed within just a few hours after harvesting, helping preserve their natural taste, color, and nutritional value.

Arrival at the Factory & Selection

At the processing facility, freshly harvested tomatoes go through a careful selection process. They are first sorted using advanced optical technology and then inspected manually. After several thorough washing cycles, only the best-quality tomatoes are chosen for processing and transformation.

Low Temperature Processing (Cold Break Method)

In the low-temperature or cold break process, tomatoes are gently heated for a short time to make peeling and further processing easier. This careful technique helps preserve the natural red color, fresh aroma, and taste of freshly harvested tomatoes. The controlled temperature also supports the full activity of pectinolytic enzymes, which play a key role in maintaining the desired consistency and quality of the final product.

Filling, Pasteurization & Quality Control

Before filling, the 215 kg drums and aseptic bags are properly cleaned and disinfected with steam to keep everything safe and hygienic. The tomato puree is then filled into aseptic bags placed inside the drums using an automatic machine, making sure the process stays clean and airtight. After filling, the drums are sealed tightly and go through pasteurization, cooling, and drying steps to keep the product fresh and of good quality. Finally, each drum is labeled and checked carefully to make sure it meets export and food safety standards before being sent out.
